Residents will be permitted to set out one (1) small bulk item (as defined in specifications) for collection with Solid Waste each week Weekly collection of single-stream Recyclables in Carts One (1) spring and one (1) fall collection of large bulk items One (1) annual collection of scrap metal and white goods or appliances that shall be separated by the customer and collected curbside to be recycled One (1) annual collection of car and light truck tires that shall be separated by the customer and collected curbside (maximum of four (4) tires per customer) Provision of new 64-gallon carts by contract Commencement Commercial Collection Services: Commercial collection services will be provided to approximately sixty (60) commercial establishments, which includes seven (7) casino establishments that own/operate six (6) compactors. Price to be provided as a Unit Price Per Month (total cost per household) and services primarily will include: Weekly collection of residential Solid Waste in Carts.
The Scope of Work generally includes: Residential Collection Services: Curbside collection services will be provided to approximately 971 residential units. The Agreement will commence on April 1, 2023.
These contract services shall be for an initial term of five (5) years with the possibility of two (2) one (1) year renewals.
