If this does not help then try downloading the updates and installing them manually.
Disable temporary all security software on use on this server. I'm using WSUS server on my company, but this is working fine, since I have several other servers without problems during updates. The result is I got again 14 updates to install. But when I reboot the server I got an error exactly when these updates are configured, and so Windows does a rollback.
